The Arts Building
A 2023 commission with art consultants Common Room Projects for Oval Real Estate, who develop, manage and invest in buildings throughout the UK, across every sector.
The Arts Building is a 40,000 sq ft factory building laid out over five floors. With fully-fitted workspaces, stylish communal kitchens and terraces, it’s well-designed for businesses in the creative, arts, tech and innovation sectors.
Originally home to a family owned picture framing business working with leading artists and galleries, Oval’s vision saw them re-craft the building and retain it’s creative legacy as a new home for the creatives of Finsbury Park, London.
As part of the redevelopment I was commissioned to design and install a 20m long bespoke artwork mural along the entirety of the 3rd floor corridor.
