Continuous Cities
A ongoing collaborative print practice between Mark Mcclure and Katy Binks who create unique silkscreen prints inspired by the relationship between art and the built environment.
The works they create as ‘Continuous Cities’ are each one off pieces that capture the spontaneous, expressive energy of Katy’s experiments, and the bold, hard-edged, graphic aesthetic that drives Mark’s work. They both draw their inspiration from their London surroundings - taking cues and motifs from the built environment and blending them with a structured, architectural aesthetic.
